All contests cost $5 to enter.
All tattoos competing in the contests (other than Best of Day and Best of Show) must be completely healed (at least 3 weeks from when the tattoo was finished).
A Small tattoo is considered 36 square inches or smaller (6" x 6").
A Large tattoo is anything over 36 square inches.
Best of Day must be started and finished the same day of the expo.
Best of Show must be started and ended at the expo.
